Tord has spearheaded innovative strategies, prioritized client satisfaction, and consistently delivered remarkable results, positioning companies as industrial leaders in Ghana, especially in the private security, minerals, and real estate industries. His commitment to operational efficiency and a client-centric approach, penchant for structures, processes, and procedures stem from his background and academic qualification in Project Management.

Kofi OWUSU-ACHEAW
His distinguished career spans continents, leading transformative projects across diverse industries in Africa, the USA, and the UAE. Kofi is a seasoned professional with comprehensive knowledge of various value chains; strategy, extractives, food security, financial services, energy, infrastructure and development management.

Jeremiah APAYIE
An HR practitioner with a high level of experience, and strong business acumen. He is widely identified for his competence in HR practices, Change Management, Organisational development, talent management, labour laws, and negotiations.

He is a mature, enthusiastic, and energetic person with a strong will to succeed as an individual or part of a team. He is flexible and motivated in approach with proven leadership, Human Resources administration, and organizational abilities.

In his role as Director of Human Resources at Escort Security Services, Jeremiah successfully steered and supervised the designing of HR Policies, and HR Systems, developed corporate culture, championed the restructuring of Escort Services in 2017, and has played many advisory roles in the strategic management of Escort Security Services.​​​​

Eric Oppong ADJEI
Dynamic and results-driven, Eric is a seasoned executive with a robust background in financial analysis, operations administration, and risk assessment. Possessing a solid foundation in statistical training and actuarial science, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills in roles such as Operations Administrator & Risk Assessment Executive, overseeing payroll, administrative tasks, and risk evaluation.
Eric excels in coordinating operations, preparing budgets, and conducting comprehensive risk assessments. He has a proven track record of using advanced analytical tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, MATLAB, R-Application, Power Query, Power BI, SPSS, SQL, and more. Adept at fostering effective team dynamics and providing outstanding customer service, Eric brings a strong work ethic, integrity, and a commitment to organizational growth.
With an MPhil in Actuarial Science and a diploma in Statistical Training, Eric combines academic excellence with practical experience. He serves as a part-time lecturer in areas such as General Insurance, Marine, Aviation, and Transport Insurance. A multifaceted professional, Eric does not only contribute to the success of CROSSWORLD but to the development of his community.

Magdalene Selorm GADAH

Her versatile background in branding, administration and education equips her to strengthen the company’s global brand positioning.

Her passion for Branding & External Relations is reflected in the initiatives she has led in the past and continuous to lead, demonstrating the company’s commitment to sustainable stakeholder development and social responsibility. In 2023, Magdalene won the prestigious title of Ghana’s Most Beautiful - representing the Volta Region - a platform that allowed her to raise awareness on crucial social issues.

Selorm holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Studies and Political Science Education from the University of Education, Winneba, and a certified Cambridge Curriculum Instructor from Laweh University. She is also actively involved in community service, having served as the Secretary of Rotaract E Club Ghana, where she led impactful healthcare and environmental projects.​
